To recycle your device simply follow the steps below:

 

1. Call the Momentum Patient Support Program at 1-877-724-9361 to receive a recycling kit that includes new device/supplies, a prepaid waybill, and instructions on how to package and send your old device to Stericycle®.

 

2. You must remove used needles, cartridges and batteries from the device.

 

3. Your device is ready to be shipped!
